rokky is a spunky, verbal and graphically opinionated 20-something Toronto based (non-musical) Canadian civilian who enjoys listening to music that hasn’t yet “hit it big” (local music, independently signed artists, unsigned talent) but has the obvious talent to go the distance.

tired of the commercial pop-radio cookie-cutter fodder that currently flooding the airwaves, sound-waves and radio-waves, rokky and bigrockfinish.com will attempt to introduce the electronic, online world to music that is not often seen or heard, but would totally make it if given half a chance.

by day rokky can pick up a CD and tell you which screen was mis-aligned on the disk, what the LPI setting created the screens and what kind of blade trimmed the cd booklets before you can blink an eye. she can pick out printing imperfections with the eye and speed of a professional while still maintaining a child-like attitude when it comes to work. she can’t mention the hickies, suckers, blowers and spooning (all printing terms that are not dirty in any sense) that goes on without a girlish giggle, but rokky is proud of what she has accomplished professionally and will not let anyone get in her way.

by night rokky is known to travel the city on vehicles powered by human energy, with wheels ranging from one to two, but never will be allowed to coast. she is an extremist to the core, with relaxing in a yoga class with temperatures contesting the hottest of summer, to swimming in lake ontario whilst the snow is falling and not before.
